Planning and taking action in your business means that you have to step above your day to day activities and all “the doing” and spend time on your business, particularly the marketing of your business. Marketing requires you to spend time to plan it, and then to spend consistent time in doing it.
ACTION STEP FOR THIS WEEK:
Diary at least 2 hours this week to spend implementing your marketing plan. Schedule that time into your diary for next week too. And the week after. (You get the idea!).
If you don’t have a marketing plan, spend those 2 hours planning your marketing activities.
2 hours = just 30 minutes a day for 4 days.
