One day’s consultancy which you can use how you like: most clients use me to come in and look at their current marketing activities and recommend ways to make their marketing work better for them.  Or maybe you would like me to show you how to make one aspect of your marketing work for you (e.g. social networking).  For start ups I can help you plan what to concentrate on and in what order, so you feel confident that you can approach your marketing in a structured way that will work for you – bringing in the customers or clients when you most need them.

Half Day Power Day:   

With about 3 hours at our disposal, we can look at fast and effective ways for you to bring in customers and clients immediately, as well as setting in place the things you need to think about for a longer term marketing strategy so that you bring income in on a consistent basis over the long term.

Need to pick my brains?  Need me to untangle the marketing mess and push you back off in the right direction? Need some help in establishing your thoughts about why your current marketing is not quite working for you?  From my own experience I know how valuable a short amount of time with a relevant expert can be: the mess in your brain can be unscrambled, the way forward is suddenly clear, and even better - you have a load of new ideas of ways you can take your business on to the next step. I’ll get right to the point and show you the way forward for you.

Need a  Marketing Plan Written?

Yes, you could do it yourself, but if you haven’t got the time and you have no marketing expertise in-house, then I can research and write your marketing strategy and plan for you.  The finished written report will tell you what to do, in what order and what key messages to promote and when.  All you’ll need to do is action it.  To get maximum benefit, I would recommend you booked me as a consultant for half a day a month afterwards to help you track and test your activities, adjusting them as necessary, thereby ensuring that your marketing is working for you. Fully, comprehensive marketing plans take about 3 - 4 weeks to research and write.

NB Please note that outside services will be extra and you will be paying them direct, e.g. web designers, copywriters, auto-responders etc.  However I will endeavour to help you find the best value solution for you, and where feasible, point you in the direction of very low cost or free solutions particularly if you’re a start-up/don’t have much budget.
