Business Growth Programme

What Is It?

Professional and dedicated business and marketing coaching, where we physically meet twice a month.  We can either meet either at your office, or off site at a mutually convenient location OR via Skype (or a combination if you’re local).

What You Get

Three to four hours of marketing coaching time per month: each session will be approximately 1.5 – 2 hours’ long.

Email and phone support in between sessions.

How Long It Lasts

We work in three stages across a total of four months for the programme*:

The first stage is when we look at where you are now and where you need to be, and I work holistically to do that.  We look at you personally and then your business.  We investigate your challenges (both with you as the business owner, and with the business itself) and opportunities.  We peel away the layers to find out what is out of alignment and what needs re-aligning; these could be your values, the type of clients you have or the niche you operate in – even if you don’t have one.  Or perhaps you’re struggling to find your place in an over-crowded market.  We then start the work to put that right.  In terms of your marketing, we start to lay the foundations for your successful marketing plan: getting the message right, making sure your clients are right for you and the revenue and profitability ratios are correct for you.

The second stage is when we start pulling everything together and start creating your marketing strategy; with my help, you start to make changes across the board and you will see subtle – and not so subtle – shifts across your business.

The third stage is where we will finalise your full marketing plan so that you can be assured that your marketing will be delivered in a consistent and timely manner that’s perfectly right for your business.  And, of course, you will start to see the green shoots of results!*

*NB – It depends on the size of your business as to when you see results.  More established companies are like big ships: they take a while to turn around and pick up speed in the right direction; small one man band businesses are like a small sailing boat and can zip around quickly.  Therefore when you see results will be reflective of this.  You can be assured that I will always be upfront and honest with you.

After then, most clients choose to keep me on for ongoing support, advice, to bounce ideas off etc. You may choose to, or not to, either is fine.

My mission is to empower and guide you to align your own vision and voice with the vision and voice of your business.  Together we ensure that your business is an authentic representation of you and is all that you want it be.

What It Costs

Just £675 per month for four months.

This includes your coaching sessions, any materials I share with you, and phone and email support in between sessions.

Any Small Print?

Not much! I prefer to have an honest and open, positive, trusting and mutually beneficial working relationship rather than lots of terms and conditions!

I ask for a full month’s notice of termination in writing at any time.

For your own benefit, I also ask that you remain open and honest with me so that I can help you best.
And that you do any of the “homework” in between sessions: success doesn’t happen unless you take action!
